It is intrinsically connected to your every action, thought and feeling. When you breath with ease, you are altering the state of your nervous system and setting yourself on a path to healthy supported and effective action.

Rather than finding the single ‘right’ way to breathe, you will explore, through the power of the acclaimed Feldenkrais Method®, various aspects of how your breath intrinsically adapts to maintain ease depending on the situations you find yourself in.

Bio:
I first discovered this method pioneered by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais 20 years ago when I attended a class and felt such a huge shift within myself, that I was hooked. I have been immersed in this method for learning ever since. Initially I did the work for my own physical and spiritual healing, but with further study I discovered how creative use of movements lead to adaptive changes in the human brain.

I am passionate about facilitating transformation for people of all ages and this workshop will be a great opportunity to experience what is possible for you!
