Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for an event or purchasing a service through okanaganfeldenkrais.com. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Registrations
When you register to participate in an Okanagan Feldenkrais™ sponsored event you agree to the following terms and conditions. You agree  to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including your name, address, email, and phone number.

Disclosure
We will only use your email or contact information for communications with Okanagan Feldenkrais™ about our events and services. By registering you agree to receive notification of upcoming events and periodic items of interests related to the events and services from Okanagan Feldenkrais™. You can unsubscribe from our email service at anytime.
Cancellations
Should you decide you cannot attend an event after you have registered. Up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, you will be refunded 75% of the original purchase price, less any administration fees. No refunds are given if you cancel your participation after that period.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
