This workshop runs over the course of two days. Through active movement explorations, you will discover the underlying principles that inform us of how the human nervous system learns to create greater ease, balance, and confidence in our selves and our bodies.
Each day begins at 10:30am, lunch included at 12:30pm, then returning at 1:30pm until 4:00pm
